Due Dates for Bids: Bids will be received and opened on November 12, 2025 at 3 pm EST at the
Rivanna Engineering Building, 697 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016, or by 3 pm for
those submitting electronic bids via eVA’s electronic bidding system.

The project consists of the following: Selective demolition, installation of two (2) positive
displacement blowers, a new canopy over the existing Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection channel, and a
new Manual Transfer Switch (MTS) with generator plug. The project duration is 12-months.
