Due Dates for Bids:
Bids will be received and opened on September 3, 2025, at 3 pm (local time) at the Rivanna Administration Building, 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016, or by 3 pm for those submitting electronic bids via eVA’s electronic bidding system. Please check eVa website for addendums.

This PROJECT will rehabilitate existing sanitary sewers and manholes throughout the Owner’s service area. This Contract will be primarily used to repair sewer system defects that are allowing substantial rainwater and ground water (inflow and infiltration) into the sewer system. In addition, this Contract will focus on the repair of significant structural defects that are causing re-occurring maintenance issues. Work may include installation of cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) in sanitary sewers, installation of cementitious mortar coating in existing manholes, other miscellaneous manhole rehabilitation work as necessary, and all preparatory work such as cleaning and television inspection.
