WATER TREATMENT PLANT RESIDUALS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority wishes to receive bids from responsive and responsible Bidders/Contractors to provide transportation/trucking services of dewatered drinking water treatment plant residuals from the South Rivanna Water Treatment Plant located in Charlottesville, Virginia to the McGill-Waverly Regional Composting Facility located in Sussex County, Virginia.

The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on April 21, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Bidder’s/Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.

Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, April 28 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
