DESCRIPTION:INVITATION FOR BIDS\n(Construction Form RA-1)\nRivanna Water and Sewer Authority\, Charlottesville\, VA\nFY26 RWSA Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Contract\, Various Locations\, Charlottesville\, Virginia \nDue Dates for Bids:\nBids will be received and opened on September 3\, 2025\, at 3 pm (local time) at the Rivanna Administration Building\, 695 Moores Creek Lane\, Charlottesville\, VA 22902-9016\, or by 3 pm for those submitting electronic bids via eVA’s electronic bidding system. Please check eVa website for addendums. \nThis PROJECT will rehabilitate existing sanitary sewers and manholes throughout the Owner’s service area. This Contract will be primarily used to repair sewer system defects that are allowing substantial rainwater and ground water (inflow and infiltration) into the sewer system. In addition\, this Contract will focus on the repair of significant structural defects that are causing re-occurring maintenance issues.
