DESCRIPTION:RIVANNA WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY \nInvitation for Bid (IFB 431) \nGRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON REPLACEMENT \nThe Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of new (virgin) granular activated carbon (GAC) and the removal\, reactivation and installation of spent GAC. All GAC material and services will be utilized at the five (5) water treatment plants (WTPs) operated by the Authority. The Authority intends to secure all material and services through a Blanket Purchase Order (the Contract).
