PJM’s ELRP is a demand response program designed to compensate end-use customers for voluntarily reducing electricity consumption during grid emergencies\, helping to maintain grid reliability and prevent blackouts.  The program offers opportunities for participants to earn revenue through capacity payments (for availability) and energy payments (for actual performance during events). \nProposals will be received by the Authority by Wednesday\, December 31st at 3:00 PM.
