DESCRIPTION:REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL \nLake Management Services \n  \nRIVANNA WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY \nREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL # 26-08 \nLAKE MANAGEMENT SERVICES \nThe Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority wishes to receive proposals from responsive and responsible lake management service providers to support the Authority in the management of algae growth and control in its five surface water reservoirs. The selected firm(s) will review and analyze reservoir water quality data and provide application and treatment recommendations to control harmful algae blooms (HABs) when occurring.  Additional expertise may include ecosystem health\, aquatic pesticides and their potential impact on ecosystems and community drinking water supplies\, and VA Department of Environmental Quality permitting. \nThe Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 9\, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required\, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal. \nDeadline for sealed proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday\, June 16\, 2026. DESCRIPTION:RIVANNA WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY \nRIVANNA SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY \nREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL # 26-06 \nTERM CONTRACT FOR COMPENSATION CONSULTING SERVICES \nThe Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide employee compensation and benefit consulting services to the Authority and their respective Board of Directors. The successful Offeror shall have experience in conducting employee compensation-related surveys and other employee benefit consulting services for local governments and public service authorities in Virginia. It is the intent of the Authority to award a term contract under this solicitation for a period of 12 months\, with the option to renew up to four times (total of 5-years)\, each renewal being a term of 12 months. \nThe Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 18\, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required\, a formal addendum will be prepared.
