DESCRIPTION:RIVANNA WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY \nINVITATION FOR BID # 445 \nLIQUID POLYMER  \nThe Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (Authority) is seeking sealed bids from responsive and responsible Bidders (“Bidder”\, “Supplier”) for the purchase of Liquid Polymer to be used in the dewatering and thickening operations of anaerobically digested sludge at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility. \nThe Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 25\, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required\, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal. \nDeadline for sealed proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday\, July 30\, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered. \nA more detailed description of the project and general requirements can be obtained on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s electronic procurement website (www.eva.virginia.gov) under Business Opportunities.
