INVITATION FOR BID # 445

LIQUID POLYMER

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (Authority) is seeking sealed bids from responsive and responsible Bidders (“Bidder”, “Supplier”) for the purchase of Liquid Polymer to be used in the dewatering and thickening operations of anaerobically digested sludge at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility.

The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 25, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.

Deadline for sealed proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
