BEAVER CREEK RAW WATER PUMP STATION, INTAKE AND TRANSMISSION MAIN
The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (the “RWSA”) is seeking sealed bids from experienced, qualified, and interested Bidders for the construction of a new 2.8 mgd raw water pump station, and associated shaft tunnel and reservoir intake, reservoir destratification system, and raw water transmission main. All work to be performed within the southern portion of the Beaver Creek Reservoir and surrounding site, located in Crozet, Virginia (Albemarle County).
A Non-Mandatory Online Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Monday, November 9, 2026, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. Interested Bidders must register in advance with RWSA to attend the pre-bid meeting. Registration requests must be sent to Victoria Fort, PE at vfort@rivanna.org by 3:00 PM EST on November 6, 2026. Firms that have registered timely will receive participation instructions and necessary link to Microsoft Teams.
A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. Interested Bidders attending the non-mandatory site visit will meet at the Beaver Creek Reservoir Boat Ramp in Beaver Creek Reservoir Park located at 1525 Browns Gap Turnpike, Crozet, VA 22932.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the RWSA. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, December 17, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
