MOBILE SECURITY SERVICES
The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (the “RWSA”) is seeking sealed bids from experienced, qualified, and interested Bidders to provide Mobile Security Services for certain drinking water and wastewater infrastructure owned or operated by the RWSA, located in Albemarle County and the City of Charlottesville. The RWSA intends to issue a Nonprofessional Services Agreement (the “Contract”) to secure mobile security services. The RWSA intends to make an award to one (1) Bidder, whose bid is both responsive and responsible, and offers the lowest price for the services being sought. The Contract shall be for a required 12-month period with the option to extend for an additional four (4) one (1) year terms.
A Non-Mandatory Online Only Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the RWSA no later than 3:00 PM EST on November 13, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, November 19, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
