SOUTH RIVANNA WATER TREATMENT PLANT FLOCCULATOR REPLACEMENT
The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (“RWSA”) is soliciting bids from experienced, qualified, and interested firms for the Replacement of the South Rivanna Water Treatment Plant (SRWTP) Flocculation System. The project includes replacement of the three (3) flocculators, associated concrete supports, FRP baffle walls, flocculator drive motors, sprockets and chains, VFD’s as well as integration of additional Input/Outputs (I/O) into the SCADA system.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on August 21, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Monday, August 31, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
