Support Service for Information Technology, SCADA, and Industrial Controls
The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority and Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit a proposal for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Information Technology (IT) Support Services for the Authority’s water, wastewater, and solid waste operations. The Authority maintains internal IT/SCADA staff and seeks to supplement those resources with qualified external service providers for routine support, specialized expertise, capital projects, cybersecurity, and emergency response.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on May 21, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
