SOUTH RIVANNA WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DEWATERING BUILDING CRACK REPAIR

The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority is seeking quotes to repair the floor cracks located on the second floor of the dewatering building at the South Rivanna Water Treatment Plant, located at 2383 Woodburn Road, Charlottesville, Virginia 22901. All technical questions and requests for site visit assistance may be directed to G. Austin Marrs, P.E. Project Manager, at (434) 977-2970, ext. 164 or amarrs@rivanna.org.

The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on May 20, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Bidder’s/Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.

Deadline for quote submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Quotes received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
