Who We Are
Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority
Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) was created in 1972 to provide wholesale water treatment, and wastewater interception and treatment.
Education Center
Rivanna’s staff is committed to promoting environmental awareness through education and community outreach. We collaborate with the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County to deliver high-quality services while serving as a valuable educational resource.
