PUMP AND HAUL SERVICES FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY SLUDGE

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (Authority) is seeking sealed bids from responsive and responsible Bidders to provide pump and haul services for the removal of sludge from its water and wastewater treatment facilities located in Albemarle County, Virginia. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment required to perform the services described in this solicitation.

The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on July 6, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.

Deadline for sealed proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
