UNDERGROUND UTILITY LOCATION AND MARKING SERVICES

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (“RWSA”) is soliciting bids from experienced, qualified, and interested firms to provide Underground Utility Locating and Marking Services related to the raw and treated drinking water and sewer piping systems, storage facilities, pumping stations, and other related conveyance infrastructure owned or operated by the RWSA, located in Albemarle County and the City of Charlottesville.

The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on August 19, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.

Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
